1. Your HDL “good” cholesterol will go up
There is a widespread belief which says that eggs contain a high level of cholesterol. This is true, but this type of cholesterol is the good one, not the bad one. Some studies say that eating eggs regularly increase the amount of good cholesterol HDL (High-density lipoprotein). This cholesterol type is required by your body to move cholesterol from the different parts of your body back to your liver, and this will lead to the elimination of the bad cholesterol LDL (Low-density lipoprotein) form your body.
