In the next paragraphs, we will tell you about the nice things that will happen to you if you start eating 3 eggs per day, not just one and bacon and egg sandwich.

1. Your HDL “good” cholesterol will go up

There is a widespread belief which says that eggs contain a high level of cholesterol. This is true, but this type of cholesterol is the good one, not the bad one. Some studies say that eating eggs regularly increase the amount of good cholesterol HDL (High-density lipoprotein). This cholesterol type is required by your body to move cholesterol from the different parts of your body back to your liver, and this will lead to the elimination of the bad cholesterol LDL (Low-density lipoprotein) form your body.

DISCLAIMER: There is no guarantee of specific results and each person results may vary.

2. You’ll reduce your risk of heart disease

High levels of good HDL cholesterol will help remove bad LDL cholesterol from your body. Years of studies and research have proven that having a high level of bad LDL cholesterol enhance the risk of heart disease.

3. You will have stronger, healthier muscles

Eggs are the perfect source of energy for your muscles. An average large egg contains about 72 calories. Most of these calories are in the form of protein. And our body requires protein to repair and build muscle cells. So if you want to have strong and healthy muscles, you should eat three eggs daily.

4. You’ll have healthier bones

In the past few years, some beliefs say that the consumption of animal protein has a negative side effect on bone health. Recent research and studies have disproved these beliefs and have concluded that there is a positive powerful relationship between bone mass or density and protein intake because the latter helps to absorb and retain calcium. And this can improve bone strength and density.

5. You will improve your eye health

Eggs contain two antioxidants, zeaxanthin and lutein, which have been confirmed that they can boost eye health.  These effective antioxidants gather in the retina of the eye in order to help prevent some degenerative processes which can affect our eyes.

6. You will eat less

Sometimes you cannot stop eating because you have a delicious dish in front of you. Except if you are full. Eggs contain protein which can make you feel full and reduce the constant feeling of needing to eat all day long.

Just boil an egg and put it beside a bowl of oatmeal and some fruits and enjoy. You will be feeling full for a long period of time.

7. You’ll have more time and energy

Have you ever cook an egg? If yes, you may notice that it doesn’t take so much time, just a few minutes. To prepare eggs, crack them in a pan, add a little bit of pepper, salt and butter, and let them cook at a low simmer. After two or three minutes, you will get a delicious dish rich in nutrients. Here is another way to cook them, put some eggs in a pot, pour water over them, and let them boil over medium-high heat for 6 to 7 minutes to get perfect hard-boiled eggs.

Eggs take no times to be cooked and can provide you with the essential energy to perform daily activities.

8. You’ll have tasty food

Eggs are rich and creamy on their own. The nice thing about them is that you can add other things to them which can make them taste more delicious. Just chop up some tomatoes, mushrooms, and zucchini and add little cheese for a one-of-a-kind omelette. Take that same mixture and mix-up the eggs for an English muffin topper.

Eggs have many health benefits, delicious and can be cooked faster.
